Urban Freestyle: Tokyo Throwdown was a soon-to-be launched show by FOX. Various teams of break dancers participated in the dance-competition on the streets of Tokyo. A show open design needed to be created that suited the show's location and resonated with men and women ages 18-50.

Japan graphic design is very interesting to look at because many make use of bright and saturated colors. Incorporating that design choice was important when making these boards and specific hues were chosen to reflect how walking in Tokyo, Japan, feels like at night due to the bright signage they display all over.
